1.1 Purpose This Refunds and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel or reschedule your appointments, and the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted.
1.2 Scope This policy applies to all services offered through Reiki by Emma and Emma Rose Wellness, accessible via our websites or any other platform through which our services are provided.
1.3 Agreement By booking an appointment or purchasing any services, you agree to this Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
Booking and Payments
2.1 Booking Confirmation Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your appointment.
2.2 Deposit Requirement An immediate payment of a non-refundable deposit, constituting 30% of the total service cost, is required to confirm and secure your appointment. In addition to the deposit, any discounted sessions or promotional offers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.3 Payment Methods Payments can be made using various methods including PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Stripe.
Cancellations by You
3.1 Cancellation Notice To cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
3.2 Refund of Deposit The 30% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, you will be refunded any amount paid beyond the deposit.
3.3 Late Cancellation Charge Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur charges for the full cost of the session.
Rescheduling
4.1 Rescheduling Notice Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule an appointment.
4.2 Rescheduling Terms If you have paid in full and provide at least 48 hours' notice, your payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations by Reiki by Emma and Emma Rose Wellness
5.1 Unforeseen Circumstances If we must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify clients as soon as possible.
5.2 Refund or Rescheduling Clients may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule their appointment to another available time.
No-Shows
6.1 Definition A "no-show" is a client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
6.2 No Refund No-shows are not eligible for a refund of any payments made.
6.3 Future Appointments No-shows may be required to pay in full for future appointments in advance.
Confirmation Reminder
7.1 Email Notification A reminder email will be sent 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. This email will request payment of any remaining balance, which must be settled within 48 hours of the appointment to avoid cancellation.
7.2 Responsibility It is your responsibility to ensure you receive the confirmation email and to arrive on time for your appointment.
Miscellaneous
8.1 Force Majeure Neither party is liable for failures to perform obligations caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters or government mandates.
8.2 Amendments We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting on our websites.
