 By trade (so to speak) I am a registered nurse who has spent the majority of my nursing life as a Sister in the Emergency Department and I'm lucky to say that I love my nursing job. Helping others is at the core of who I am. 

I'm a lover of the ocean, watching the stars, the sunsets and sunrises. I love being a Mum, adore my animals and love nothing more than getting out in Mother Nature and enjoying all she has to offer. You'll find me by the ocean looking up...

Being a NMC registered nurse has shown me how important is it to have recognised qualifications.  

The Wellness industry has many modalities and most of these are not regulated and this includes Sound Therapy and Life Coaching. For this reason, I've made it my purpose to receive accredited training from reputable organisations. 

I'm fully insured, have an enhanced DBS and I'm a member of the Association for Coaching. I'm also accredited with the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) and a member of the UKRF (UK Reiki Federation) to ensure high standards are always upheld.
