Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching

My aim is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness through education, support, and personalised care with thought provoking coaching sessions. I truly believe that everyone has the potential to live an authentic and fulfilling life, and I'm here to help you achieve that. Whether you have a specific goal you'd like to achieve  or you would like to explore a more spiritual personal part of you, I am here to offer guidance and support throughout your self discovery journey.

Reiki Master Teacher

Many of you may already know me through my Reiki Healing therapy sessions and it's no surprise to hear that my love of Reiki has guided me to study life coaching and become a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach.  To find out more about me and my Reiki discovery journey and the Reiki services I offer, please click here. Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy is a beautiful modality that uses the healing properties of sound frequencies.  Using sound for healing is an ancient practice that harnesses various sounds and vibrations to enhance physical, mental and emotional wellness. 

  

Sound waves can assist in balancing the body's energy, alleviating stress, and promoting relaxation for the mind, body and soul. The gentle, rhythmic tones of instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes can support you to find a peaceful meditative state, whether through guided sessions or personal exploration, sound therapy provides a serene experience that nurtures the spirit and cultivates a sense of inner peace.

A bit about Me

I've always wanted to help others, and building a hub where people could come to have their wellbeing needs met guided me on this path. Having spent a number of years working in the NHS and the private healthcare world as a registered nurse (which I still do) I decided to also incorporate more holistic and caring ventures such as Reiki, Sound Therapy and Life Coaching. The combination of these modalities has given me a wholesome insight into the physical, spiritual and mental health aspects of wellbeing, and I focus on all aspects during my sessions with you. Welcome to Emma Rose Wellness. I look forward to holding a safe and supportive space for you to heal, grow and thrive.
